On our first visit to look at the car they left us to it, no hard sell or the usual car salesman bull, it was there's the car if you want it let us know. Due to work commitments and us living 1hr 30 minutes away from the garage we only had certain time slots to test drive the car and picking it up the lads were great with us and fitted everything around us they answered all our questions and queries and did everything they said they would. We have had the car now for 4 weeks the whole experience has been great.

Transparent and beyond expectations
I haven't seen the car as prestige motoring group was 120 miles away from me , It was a complete transparent process starting from the buying and no exaggeration of any of the details regarding the car . The car was 100% as described by the seller and as seen in pics . I had a minor issue after driving the car for 1000 miles and the seller fixed it with no hesitations and beyond my expectations . I would definitely recommend Prestige Motoring Group to my friends who are looking for to buy a used car .

Five star aftercare
Really easy experience with Prestige, they offered me a straight swap on my car for the new one in part exchange pending that we were happy with the new car on viewing. We loved the car and went ahead with the deal with no fuss or messing about. Naz really looked after us and got the cars swapped over in a tight deadline. They were completely upfront with us that our car needed an MOT, service and rear springs fitting and arranged for us to bring the car back for this to be done within a week of handover at no cost to us. They also replaced the brakes for us at no extra charge which we wouldn't expect being a wear a tear item. Feels like we've got a really good, quality car and been able to drive it now worry free and with no issues. Naz said that they have no issue spending money on their cars to make sure the customer is happy and I whole heartedly believe this. Would recommend to anyone, they really look after you! Thanks guys

Bought/exchanged a car a couple of months ago here and was thoroughly looked after throughout. Was offered warranty and took it up and was never rushed or hassled. After having it for that time, I am thoroughly pleased with it and the experience. The aftercare offered is second to none also.

My husband and I visited the place just a couple of days ago to view a car we've seen online. We live 2 hours away so shop's responsiveness and assistant's availability really mattered. They did great! We called in the morning and managed to sort everything out the same day, including the oil change!They left the car keys with us and let us take a look at the car, there was no sense of urgency from the shop's end. They didn't try to make a sale in every condition. Good experience with the test drive and all useful tips. They answered all of our questions, helped to arrange for a temporary insurance, road tax and assured us that they'll be available to help with anything we might need over the phone or email (we're counting on this!)... What else can I say ? Great experience, 100% recommended!

The best experience as a first time buyer!
I had the best experience with Willenhall Motors. This is my first car purchase and they were recommended to me via a friend. I was sceptical at first since this is my first car and I didn't go to a well-known dealership. I didn't know much about cars, and what to look for but I phoned up and a person called Hamsa recommended the best cars they had and what's best for me being a first time buyer. I went home with one of their Ford Fiestas, and this car suits me to a T. I spoke to both Hamsa and Naz and they remembered everything that I was looking for during this whole process! Subsequently, I recommend this company highly, they offer warranty if needed and they provide excellent communication throughout.

Very good local dealership - which is a rarity. Good prices with very good in finance deals, warranty deals were also very good. Any concerns that were mentioned were addressed before purchasing the car and after sales has been very good. The car was prepped in good time ready for when I needed it and the customer service was great. Would definitely recommend and would happily go there in future for my next car

Just wanted to give a big thanks to willenhall motors for their great customer service. Stupidly managed to forget one of our child seats in our old vehicle when we part exchanged it! Soon as we realised and gave them a call I personally had many call backs the following few days from a staff member who took the time and effort to have it sent back to me free of any charges, arrived promptly and kept me informed the entire process which I really appreciated. Apart from that, super friendly team of sales personel, good selection of cars and so far everything has been very well :)

Simply could not have been any better
The service we received was none other than THE BEST we've ever received from any other used car dealership we have purchased from before. Refreshments offered upon arrival, all enquiries replied to in very short time, vehicle requests were fulfilled exactly as promised on day of collection, friendly relationship building team (they don't just sell you a car like a robot they actually take their time and get to you know like a human - something seriously lacking nowadays in the industry). I'm not one to ever write reviews but they really do deserve it as iknow it will help them...So would I recommend them? All day long

Fantastic Dealership
Very different to your average dealer. Salesman have a lot of experience with cars so they know what they're talking about. I didn't really know what I wanted but when I told the sales manager what I was going to use the car for he told me a few factors to consider. Left a deposit on their BMW over the phone. They sent a video across showing the car and any defects and when the car was delivered to me it was exactly how it was described to me. I live over 200 miles away from these guys so to leave a deposit on something so expensive when I haven't even seen was a bug deal. But I'm over the moon and couldn't recommend these guys enough! THEY EVEN HELPED WITH MY PRIVATE PLATE TRANSFER!!
